Electrocompaniet AW250R er forsterkeren som fikk Bruce Swedien (Michael Jackson´s lydteknikker) til å barbere issen i pur ekstase under sitt norgesbesøk på 90-tallet. Bruce bestillte hjem et stort parti forsterkere til sine egne studios, og inviterte sogar opphavsmennene til USA på høytidlig besøk. AW250R var suksessproduktet som åpnet mange dører for Electrocompaniet internasjonalt, og er fremdeles den dag i dag et svært etterspurt og anerkjent forsterkerprodukt.
AW 250R er bygget opp som to symmetriske mono-blokker i ett chassis, og inkorporerer Electrocompaniets FTT-løsning i strømforsyningskretsen for ultraeffektiv spenningshåndtering.

The AW250R incorporates such refined features as: FTT (Floating Transformer Technology) power supply, capable of delivering twice the current of conventional power supply designs, as well as first class overall circuit design and state-of-the-art components.
The AW250R features a balanced link to additional power amplifier(s). Compared to more expensive High-End power amplifiers, with lesser performance, you will truly cherish the AW250R. The Electrocompaniet AW250R features a balanced link to additional amplifier(s) for bi-amping. It can easily be used in bridged mode, delivering up to four times the power.
