GuitarJack Model 2 er et høykvalitetets audiointerface for IPhone, IPad og IPod touch som gjør deg istand til å bruke en rekke instrumenter, mikrofoner og annet lydutstyr med din iOS enhet.

Den har instrumentinngang via 6,5mm jackplug og en 3,5mm minijack som fungerer som stereo linje- eller mikrofoninngang. Den tilbyr 60 dB kontinuerlig variabel gain, dempeledd, høy- og lavimpedans, og en ekstra kraftige hodetelefonforsterker. Du kan gjøre stereo-opptak eller spille inn instrument og mikrofon samtidig. GuitarJack Model 2 er kompatibel med iPhone 5, iPod Touch (5. generasjon), iPad Mini og iPad 4 med Apples Lightning til 30-pins adapter. GuitarJack Model 2 er selvsagt også kompatibel med iPhone 4S, 4 og 3GS, iPod Touch (3. og 4. generasjon og iPad 1, 2 og 3. - både med og uten CableJive 30-pins kabelforlenger som anbefales.

GuitarJacks analoge/digitale konvertere er designet av Joe Bryan som er kjent for sitt arbeid fra Universal Audio’s kritikerroste AD/DA-konverter 2192. Den kan spille inn i mono eller stereo og er det eneste interfacet på markedet for iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch som kan spille inn vokal og et instrument samtidig på separate kanaler til en app - f.eks FourTrack.

When you plug into the GuitarJack Model 2 by Sonoma Wire Works, you're instantly ready to record on your iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch audio app, such as Sonoma Wireworks's FourTrack. The GuitarJack Model 2's sleek and slender design is small enough to slip into the pocket of your jeans, yet holds enough I/O for a full on-the-go recording session. The GuitarJack lets you plug your guitar directly into your iOS devices via the 1/4" input, or plig in any stereo mic/line device via the 1/8" line input jack - both with 60dB of continuous level control. And there's even a separate 1/8" stereo jack for your headphones that really lets you crank up the volume!

24-bit recording
The Sonoma Wire Works GuitarJack Model 2 includes a 24-bit AD/DA converter. However, GuitarJack Model 2 will ship with 16-bit firmware and a future firmware update will enable 24-bit recording dependent on the app used and your iOS device. 24-bit will only be available for iPad, iPad 2, iPhone 4 and, iPod Touch (4th generation).

Connectivity
You can record in stereo or simultaneous voice and instrument with the GuitarJack Model 2. Connect your guitar via the 1/4" instrument input, and a microphone via the stereo 1/8" input. The newly redesigned 1/8" headphone output has higher output than the previous model.

Apps
FourTrack, StudioTrack, Taylor EQ and the new GuitarTone App include the GuitarJack Model 2 control panel where you can select inputs and set recording levels. You can also use third party apps with the GuitarJack 2.

What You Can Do with GuitarJack

  • Connect a wide range of instruments, microphones, and other audio hardware to the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch via 1/4 inch instrument and 1/8 inch stereo mic/line inputs.
  • Record in stereo, or simultaneously record your voice and instrument on separate tracks using GuitarJack with Apps like FourTrack and StudioTrack.
  • Jam to the GuitarTone amps and effects App and the song tool in FourTrack (now) and StudioTrack (soon). These apps are optimized to sound best with GuitarJack. More GuitarTone amps and effects enabled free while GuitarJack is connected. Also works well with most third party audio apps like Apple's GarageBand.
  • Enhance the sound of your guitar with Taylor EQ, optimized for use with Taylor guitars and GuitarJack.
  • Listen to music using the stereo output on GuitarJack, which has increased drive for headphones.
